1. The distillate is collected into a glass tank after being cooled by a heat exchanger that is made of stainless steel.

2. The column has numerous feed inlet positions. Provide the trainees the opportunity to research the impact of feed location on skid performance.

3. The Reboiler of the distillation column is made of borosilicate glass, and it is provided with electric heater.

4. For continuous operation, an internal overflow is employed with an electrically heated reboiler.

5. The Condenser is made of borosilicate glass with reflux head.

6. The trainer includes six digital thermometers with a sheath of stainless steel.

7. The trainer is provided with a thyristor unit for controlling the power of the reboiler electric heater.

8. Each tray has temperature sensors fitted to gauge the liquid's temperature.

For each tray, the sieve plate column is built with an installation gap distance of no less than 50mm
